An absolutely solid introduction and detailed playbook for those new to SaaS sales. And a great refresher and template provider for those coming back to it. Really excellent book.

The contents deliver what the title promises
This book is the perfect companion to “The SaaS Sales Method” by the same authors. This one is about how the different organizations in a company that operates in a subscription model need to work together to make the most profit. The book explains the importance of each in the customer journey, with diagrams that help understanding the concepts. I’d recommend this for anyone trying to put together a team in a starting business or anyone needing to transition their business to a SaaS model.

Just the right amount of highly relevant information
I really liked this book for being informationally dense and highly relevant. Probably the book is most suitable for people with existing in-depth knowledge of sales.I got everything I wanted and nothing more, which is good. Very right size for the book. It absolutely keeps its promise on the cover - indeed you get the blueprint of building scalable sales organization even to the level of recommended floorplans.
