Brilliant book. Really helped me.

A quick read and action guide to give you some tools to deal with less than helpful coworkers.

This book explains how each difficult personality behaves and how to respond, also lists scenarios(positive/negative reinforcement method) on how to respond to each personalities. Wish this book has more pages though, author can easily stretch to 400 pages, if exploring further into each and every of personalities. It only skims the surface for this book.

Excellent easy read with great examples and explanations.

Well written and useful but it's 96 pages in large font, with lots of white space. I read it in 65 minutes. If I'd paid £7 I'd have given five stars.
