These are easy to take and the flavor didn't bother me in any way. I just didn't think they did much for me in the way of pain relief. I think they are worth a try as the side effect possibilities were minimal and they could have worked. Maybe it depends on the type of pain that you have and they may help some people.

I think these are working just been taking them a couple of weeks but I feel as if they are working for me. I’ve read a lot about green lipped mussels and I’m very excited about continuing to feel the effects. The pills are small which is a huge plus compared to regular fish oil pills.
