Fusion ClimbFP-9301K-ST-MDBRN Contigua II Military Color Edition Grooved Straight Gate Key Nose Carabiner, One Size, Brown

I've owned the first generation in black for a little under two years and has gone above and beyond expectations in terms of durability. I had no need to replace it, but came across this updated version in brown and had to have it. I love the first generation, and not anywhere near retiring it, but would snag onto my pant-loop at times when detaching. This new version does not have that problem and simply slides off as intended. Huge improvement in my honest opinion.Please, do yourself a favor and avoid those cheap retail-store carabiners that are only a few dollars less than Fusion's amazing product. I never have to worry about my keys falling out or the closing mechanism failing with the Contigua. 110% recommended.

First of all, I haven't tried it for climbing or heavy duty hiking.It has a very good finish and great shape. It is light, yet as sturdy as can be. It slides through a belt loop smoothly.The only drawback is that it is a tad bigger than I expected. It makes my keychain just a smidge clunkier than I'd prefer.

Great carabiner for a multitude ways to use. Personally, I utilize it for a key holder. It’s brilliantly made, color is amazing and the sturdiness of the carabiner is top-notch. Not bad for being on the light side of weight.When the spring and summer months come I’ll be using it dually as hook to keep my tennis backpack from sitting on the ground and a key holder.I’ll update when the time comes. So far so good!

Already have one, order two more. Great size for multi purpose use. The colors good too. If these hold up as good as the first then they will last almost forever.
