It’s very nice. When our visitor saw it he was impressed. It hasn’t been installed yet but I think it’s going to look great in our bathroom.

Very happy with this product. It is an attractive faucet and the water flows through the open top channel in an appealing crisscross pattern. It was a nice addition to our bathroom. Easy to install as well.

I had to update the faucets in the master bath as the originals started leaking from hard water buildup over the years. My wife really likes the "rubbed oil" finish look and these looked better in the bathroom then the ones that came with the house. Installation was a breeze. All the small washers needed come with the kit as does replacement drains. Check your sink can accommodate the new new drains as these were a bit smaller then the originals but there were no leaks and the new drains work better then the originals we replaced. I got 2 as we have 2 sinks and in total I was done with both in about 45 minutes with spending time to use teflon tape on the threads and brushing the male ends of the supply side lines.Water pressure varies from city to city but the "waterfall" like flow down the channel is nice and doesn't flow too much or hard at full volume. Controlling hot/cold take fine adjusting as the handle doesn't have a lot of motion between the two but getting the water the right temperature is easy enough. These were a definite upgrade to our bathroom and my wife is very happy with the look and function. I loved that they came with almost everything needed (no teflon tape) and I got 2 installed in under an hour with basic tools.

The media could not be loaded. Great product and cost effective. Just had the privilege of installing the unit in the downstairs bathroom to replace the one installed 16 years ago and the functions and durability is great. I highly recommend this product

Great and easy to install.

We purchased this item and it is defective. After we paid a plumber to professionally install the faucet, we noticed a small leak. We paid the plumber to come out again and paid a small fee for him to try to stop the leak. He essentially uninstalled and reinstalled it to make sure all connections were tight and proper. We noticed it was still leaking. We asked the plumber to come out again and he has advised us that the faucet is defective and has a small leak that cannot be fixed. We now need to buy a new faucet and the 30 day return window is closed. I will be looking into warranty information. This is very unfair if we cannot get a replacement. Paying the plumber and having to look forward to paying a plumber for a new installation will cost 5 times more than the faucet.
