I was so happy to get this in time for the wedding reception! My wife and I have never worn traditional Indian clothes. It was an ordeal to get the right fit for both of us, just a hit or miss in terms of sizing. Thanks to Amazon "Try before you buy"program, I was able to order and get the perfect one! I think my wife looked stunning in this dress. Beautiful dark blue color with gorgeous embroidery! Comfortable and great value!

Runs extremely small. Very pretty and embroidery work is lovely. Color is beautiful. Looks like picture. Material has no give. Even the size chart does not match up with the measurements. Does not feel like it will be comfortable even if it does fit because there is no give in the material. I usually wear a small or med and would definitely need an extra large in this.

I bought this outfit for a wedding, and the Saree is BEAUTIFUL and elegant, with intricate stitching quality, and was a nice weight. I bought a small one, so the Saree fit perfectly (almost like a one-size-fits-all). However, the pants, which look in the picture to be a tight, snug velour material, were anything but! I thought someone must have returned this product and stuffed in another pair of pants. They were actually Extra-large Maroon scrub bottoms! Not even close to a small nor snug fit. This is not how this item was described and certainly of no value to the wearer, who expected a small, and got extra large, and not a pair of leggings but scrub material.

I needed this for a wedding and not being near any store that carried them, I thought ordering from Amazon was the best way to go. I thought the pricing was very reasonable, the fabric was nice quality, and the decorative trim was all intact and neatly done. I had heard in advance that sizing was really off and to expect that regardless of the company, and would likely be need alterations. I studied the sizing charts, took my measurements and ordered a size up for good measure. The sizing was ridiculous, I returned it and reordered in 1 size larger. The kameez was too large on the second one. The sizing on the pant was absolutely ridiculous, I know this type of pant is worn with a slim fit, but it was super tight and I have thin legs, also it had a very short rise which does not make sense for the sizing. Any pant that is a slim fit has to be made from a fabric with stretch. The fabric had absolutely no stretch, and to make it more challenging the seam allowance was very tiny leaving the alterations people with very little to work with. Once altered it was the best that could be done. Alterations person said it would be ok, but just be careful not to bend. With the needed alterations of both pieces, I paid twice as much as the original price. So it ended up being a nearly $200 outfit. Alterations in the U.S. are expensive. I really like to be fair writing a review. So if I advised anyone I would say if you are in “Misses” sizes which is everything in womens wear that is not petites or plus, you will do well ordering this outfit. Probably a good idea to still size up from what the sizing chart indicates. Whatever size you normally buy it will not be the same in this sizing. And as I did say overall it is very pretty, the fabric is lovely as well as the trim. It isn’t high end of course, but I wasn’t expecting it to be. I was needing something that would look nice for a wedding and that likely I would not wear again. I knew in advance that I would need alterations because I am in a different size range than offered. I did get lot of complements on it if that is any help in your decision. The pant is what I would be most concerned about, it’s the wrong fabric for that style. I order shalwar kameez set from another company and it was the same pant issue. A flowy type style would probably work better.

The top is absolutely beautiful, but good luck getting it on unless you have arms the size of a 3 year old. The sleeves are extremely small. The pants, on the other hand, are very cheaply made from this shiny, thin fabric and the seam is off. They are way too small and they fit funny. If those issues could be fixed, this would have been a beautiful outfit for the price. The salwar was gorgeous.

I needed several outfits to wear to a three day wedding celebration. This was by far the most comfortable and easy to move in. The colors are very rich and beautiful and the fabric feel was just the right thickness.

This is beautiful....so lovely....I am going to an Indian wedding soon and ordered many items in anticipation. This is the Best! So happy, now I know what to wear. Thank You!
