Is chevron yellow actually yellow?

It’s more of a mustard yellow.

Not sure if I received a "used" one since mine came with no tags , only plastic bag. Is this how everyone received theirs?

I received mine in a beat up box with no pillow shams a green ink mark on one side and it looked like it had been returned from someone else and just stuffed in a box so I returned it and was very disappointed. Also it was not the diamond shaped pattern that I ordered.
