I started intaking it after two months post delivery for improving lactation. Really good. I used for one month as suggested by Ayurvedic doctor. It gave good results.

May be the shop bought product would be good. But what I bought on amazon turned out be pathetic experience for me. I ordered 2, one got fermented and the other which was not even opened got fungus in it. Had to throw both. There is no instructions on how to store it after opening or before opening. No dosage instructions too.
