Let me start off by saying that when I was 16 years old I was very regular until I got a bladder infection and the doctor prescribed a pill that turned my urine the brightest orange color for this infection.From that day on it I was constipated. At the time I didn't know the cause was from that pill.Constipation also runs on my mother side of the family which didn't help me in anyway at all.My mother took me to so many doctors and even a specialist in food allergies. But nothing worked! I started using over the counter laxatives that my mom would get for me and I had to take them sometimes everyday!In my earlier adult years I found an herbal laxative called Kriss Swiss and this was years later and took that for years. At the age of 40 I had a colonoscopy as polyps were found in my dad's colon so with it running in the family I was likely to get them. My doctor said let set you up an appointment. So here I am ready to have this colonoscopy. The doctor and I seen it as he sucked away this green stuff that lined 90% of my intestines. He asked if I was taking a herbal laxative all the time and of course I said yes. He said that I have to stop taking this product. He said there are better ones out there that will not leave this kind of residue. So I found a new herbal laxative Sonne's # 9 herbal laxative and used it. It only had a few ingredients in it and had been using this new product for years. I added Organic India psyllis herbal powder - whole husk fiber to my everyday smoothie. I noticed that my BM was in the shape of my intestines when I would go! Like in every fold, every part of it looked like the intestines in pictures. I always felt so good after going. I felt like I was always cleaned out fully.Psyllis Husk has no flavor and will thicken with warm liquid...not my favorite thing to drink but works really good along with the Soona's #9 Herbal Laxative.When we were well into Covid19 around 2021 this product I could no longer get my hands on it and still can't!I was hurting and went back to Kriss Swiss as I needed relief and knew it would take care of my need. I started looking for something with less ingredients. That is when I found Senna Leave Powder and it only has one ingredient! WOW! I ordered it after reading the reviews and on the 26th of August 2022 I started taking it. I was a bit scared to use it from what everyone was saying about it. But knowing my body as I do I took the two teaspoons. I do not like the taste at all!!!! I CALL IT MY POOP DRINK! I mix two teaspoons of Senna Leave Power with the psyllis herbal powder and select stevia power (sweetener) and I drink it every morning really fast with vanilla almond milk 30 Cal. before it sets up and sometimes have to add some water to finish the drink! This also helps with keeping your BM from getting too loose. I love that this works so well and have needed something that would replace what I was taking.I go three time a day...everyday. Three healthy BM each day is normal and what everyone should be having. Constipation is the mother of all disease!I have also noticed that I am losing weight...Bonus!This stuff takes care of the stomach all the way through your intestines and into the toilet and totally out of you! I feel heather and sleep better.Except for the taste this stuff is awesome!!!!!!I'm thankful for this product!

The color reminds me of all herbal products that have been cut. The product appears to be diluted because it should have a really Bright green and should work with 4 to 6 hours but not at all I'm still waiting on a bowel movement.The taste is t bad and reminds me of sweet dirt or a standard earthy herbal flavor you find in most herbal products but my body did not respond to this product as of now.I've had it for 24 hours and I have regular bowel movements daily.

I always read reviews and this powder is good quality. I used 2 teaspoons in hot water 8 oz. I took it before bed. Now people said it was messy this is true it started working in 5 HR s. There was a little cramping and then it hit. 3 huge releases then you cramp up with a few more. And then you feel great when finished. I had 1 more big one in middle of day

1 ingredient senna leaf powder. No added chemicals. 1/2 teaspoon in the morning is correct. 3/4 teaspoon if your really constipated. Works great. Eat powder and wash it down. Causes nausea and diarea. Might need wet wipes. (edit:) I now use 1/2 teaspoon 3g every 3 days with very little nausea. Slight constipation on the 3rd day. Considering taking 1.2g every morning instead.

I don't like the taste but the best thing is it's help me to poop properly it detoxify my stomach, my body feels good after drinking it .

This product causes very little colic and other symptoms.
