LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these !!! I always take them with me on all travel ! They are SO tasty ! and i know i have healthy calories & nutrients if i need it.. My FAVORITE.. well, maybe tie with macadamia nuts:) SO grateful to this company for making an excellent product .. yes, they arent cheap .. BUT if u consider the quantity & quality of nutrients u get from these they ARE CHEAPER than the cheapest of foods !! U WILL PAY one way of the other ! Give your body nutrients or pay the doctor & miss work .. it make financial sense to buy nutrient dense & healthy foods ! ALWAYS !* I am in NO way affiliated with this company .. i just truely appreciate companies selling quality food these days .. it's getting harder & harder to find .. u are made of what u put in your body ! I really thought I was on to something good for my health when I made this purchase, but after eating only 8-nuts, my throat was very itchy, my lips started tingling.my left hand and the right side of my throat and chest got hot and very itchy and red. I took Benadryl and parked close to the ER just in case I got worse.I tried to do a refund, but it's not allowed. I should have followed my own advice that...>>> just because something is good, doesn't mean its good for you.

They mixed good and bad one together so sometimes you got bad one that was horrible. Hope company yes all fresh nuts

Absolutely delicious seeds! A little calorie dense at 170kcal for 1/4 cup but so filling. Easily use as breakfast or lunch meal replacement. I was pleasently surprised how big jar was too.
