Can you use this on your face also?

It is so heavily fragranced, so rough of the skin (it burns and it gave me contact dermatitis in under a minute) and it's not nearly as effective as other depilatory creams (and I've tried 8 formulas from 6 brands in total so I know what I'm talking about), so no, I really don't recommend it. Veet would probably work fine on the face (it's the best one by far out of the 8 that I've tried) and brands like Magic have been making depilatory creams for the face for many years.

Can you use it on your scrotum area?

I used Nads Down under on my scrotum last evening. It took 2 applications but I haven't been this smooth since before puberty! Lol! Be prepared for some burning. I will use cocoa butter afterwards on my next use. I also did my bottom and my penis and felt zero discomfort in those areas. Overall, I am very pleased with this product and will absolutely buy it again. The fact that I can put the razor away makes me very happy.

Will this make the hair grow back soft or will it be coarse stubble?

Your hair grows back the same as it normally does.

Can i apply on gooch to anus? Pretty hairy down there

i haven't tried it myself but i actually helped my hubby with this since he cant see down there and he didnt have any rash or burn . i did avoid getting in there i got as close as possible to his anus... he has really thick hair and lots of it so i tried 5 minutes the first time and it barely removed some so i left it on for 10 minutes and the hair came off very easily. just try not to let it get in your kitty or anus when you are like wiping or washing off who knows what might happen.. I hope this helps.
