This is probably one of the best sleep aids I have ever tried. I used to use Melatonin. But these are much more potent but without the same long term affect. I would highly recommend these for someone wanting not to take heavy sleep drug if melatonin doesn't work.

I have been using this for years after experiencing severe leg cramping through the night. This is easy on your system and I think that it is a great product number one is that it is Canadian made and number two is that it works for me. Worth a try!!
