I ordered several of these for multiple beds due to the quality, thickness, and protection it provides. Plus it makes the bed a bit more plush. I looked at many different options and this is a solid option for those who appreciate a good quality to price ratio.

This is padded. It is waterproof. The part that wraps the sides of your mattress (the pocket) is very generous. You could put this over a very thick mattress. This is everything you need in a mattress protector. It will protect the top of the mattress from liquid as well as skin oil and sweat from the sleepers.

I tested the mattress pad with a bit over 1/4 cup of water. The water never went through, it pooled and absorbed, and then spread out a bit, but not drop went thru, and the backing is not to thick to make a lot of noise..... Also It is pretty soft, but if you are looking for a very fluffy pad, keep on looking. I haven't put it on the mattress yet, as the bed is being delivered next week. I bought this because of the Serta name and so far, I am happy with this purchase.

This product seems great and comfortable. My only concern was the packaging. I hate to rate a product based on something not related. The packaging had a Serta pamphlet separate from the item and the item seems shrink wrapped. Just didn’t look like normal packaging for this item. I try to buy only from Amazon but this item came in two boxes. One from a company shipped to Amazon.

The best things about this mattress pad are that it is as waterproof as advertised, and it fits on the 10" foam mattresses very well, staying in place even with the shenanigans of two 9 year olds at bedtime!

Its not as cozy as my previous serta matress cover. I dont like the plastic type backing as my other one didnt have that and withstood all " moisture" and very "waterproof" related protection ;excellent. Lets be honest here adults need extra protection. This would be 10/10 if was little more plush like my other one that seems to be discontinued. But serta stands by what they avertise and this was great price as my other was $80. So for less $ got the protection I needed for my mattress but less cozy feeling. Soft but not as plush as I was hoping for. The plastic like linning os just personal preference I dont care for but all in all great buy.

For the price, this as a great quality mattress pad. I purchased it because of the price and the Serta name, and i am not disappointed. I have used it for 30 days, and have had no need to wash this item, but i do not anticipate problems if that needs to be done. I bought a second Serta mattress pad for my brother.

We have a lot of problem with mattress pads and sheets sliding off of our king size bed. This product fits great. It adds a little softness to the bed and offers waterproof protection for your bed. We have a child who sometimes comes in and sleeps with us. She has had accidents in the past and other water proof mattress pads would leak through anyway. This one did not! So five stars from a mom who is potty training but has a daughter who sometimes has nighttime accidents.
