To save breakage of the glass from the reindeer the packaging needs to be more carefully packed. It was secure enough.

Arrived slightly broken - but easily glued - assembly easy - but had to use tape to secure stand.When lit there weren’t any lights on the antlers but did cover rest of the shape.Survived outside for the duration.Timer incorporated in the plug is a great idea!

The media could not be loaded.  Very disappointed, this item arrived damaged, packaging was not great for such a delicate item, very time consuming trying to do a return for a full refund, I would not recommend this item

Didn't realise that it was glass! Two pieces broken off when taking out of box which I managed to celotape. Packing poor and inadequate. A warning about the fragility would have been helpful. The stand is very unstable and not sure it would be suitable for outdoors. BUT I DO REALLY LIKE IT.

not at all what I was/expecting its a/silhouette that's not what it says/very flimsy

The first one came the box was damaged the product was smashed, so got a replacement that turned up that was smashed, so repaired it with some superglue so at least we got a bit of use out of it, after that we put it in the bin, don’t even bother.

Cant mention longevity as only had up couple of days, but it looked lovely and would buy another product from seller
