very nice camping mug
this is a very nice mug for camping. the build quality is good. the double wall makes it very easy to hold hot water. the size is good.one thing I think needs improvement is the handle, seems to be flimsy l.

The cups are fine. Light and functional.
Yes, I used a heat gun and some Goo Gone to get the sticker off. Yes, I put some thread locker on the screws. Yes, the carabiner is cheap. Yes, there is a slight metallic taste when drinking out of the cup. But, you know what? It was cheap and light. Perfect for backpacking. I like that they are double-walled and keep my trail coffee hot just long enough for me to enjoy it. I have no complaints. It’s not a Yeti and I’m ok with that.

Great idea - attach on outside of pack
Very sturdy cup and the handle is a built-in carabiner clip, as shown in the photo. The cup is neither large nor small, the perfect size for a hot beverage or packet of instant soup.Went with a MOLLE (U.S. military design) backpack because items such as this cup (and bags designed for the MOLLE system) can be attached to the exterior of a pack, making items readily available and leaving room inside for other things.

More work before using...
This product at first glance is great.... and if the company learns anything from my review (as I hope you will) then it will consistently receive 5 stars instead of the 3 I give today.First, this is a decent double walled mug. There are others on Amazon that will hold a bit more but that’s just a preferential issue for some that may want a tad more in their mug every morning. The mug can hold scalding hot liquids without singing your skin if you touch the outside of the mug. But it can get warm so the carabiner is a neat trick.About the carabiner.... it’s cheap, looks cheap feels cheap, because it’s a crappy little item. This carabiner represented a HUGE issue for me.The manufacturing process is sloppy and doesn’t consider what will happen when the tiny screws holding the carabiner, fail.... I bought 4- all failed spectacularly, with minimal use.Since the screws were just stuck in hap hazardously, they got loose enough to come out after 1 or 2 uses. The screws are the chink in the armor. When they get loose water (when washing) enters the double wall and stagnates. Good luck getting the water out again. So long as the cheap screws are loose water will continue to fill the space between the inside and outside walls. Here’s what I had to do to fix what NEVER should have happened!I removed all eight screws from the mugs (several had significant rust on them—— stainless? Not a bad idea folks) I cleaned them as best I could and set them and the cheap carabiners off to the side. I washed all four mugs being careful not to introduce more water into the openings. Then for about a week I stacked the mugs in front of a space heater. What water I was unable to coax out, a week in front of a heater remedied! After they cooled and the water gone I set up a work station.Using blue thread locker on every screw I replaced the cheap carabiner and reinstalled the screws. I used a small (electronics sized) screw driver and slowly fixed each screw. After my ordeal I am happy to say that the carabiner will fail but the screws won’t. The mug can be submerged and water does not penetrate.Lastly I was only able to remove 1 and 1/2 of the stickers they slap on every mug! I tried armor all, goo gone, and other chemicals to loosen the sticker for removal but it must have been applied with super glue!! This is a personal issue. The bottom of the mug says what is and I think these super stickers are redundant advertisement. I dislike them and so another star slips away.Other manufacturers sell similar mugs without feeling it necessary to embellish the mug with labels. All of this aside I am now happy with my mugs and one I use every day!I believe the mug should set itself apart by its appearance, it’s durability, functionality, & quality of materials/ workmanship.Remember this is my review based on what I expect and what I have. For some folks the factory issued item will be fine, so enjoy them if you buy them.Happy shopping!!

Nice cup!
I really like the cup, just use a blow dryer to heat up the sticker and peel it off, then hit it with a little goo gone to remove the residue. This cup is going to come in handy.
