Been using tart cherry for pain relief for myself and my dog's arthritis for a couple years now with great results. I have found, through the years, that if I can get a dose of ibuprophen in me before my visual aura (preceding a migraine) ends, I can avoid the worst of the coming migraine, even to the point it is hardly noticeable. I've found I can do the same thing tart cherry.First I used the concentrate, mixing it with water. Then I tried these. I get the best result from the concentrate, but then you're also dealing with all those carbs. The effectiveness of these capsules is very close to the concentrate, and I rely on this product now, only very rarely needing to resort to ibuprophen.I notice a significant improvement in my dog's pain levels after giving her a capsule. Tart cherry works very well, and this product is excellent.

How many times do people have to tell you... do not buy the regular tart cherry.. you have to buy the triple strength or don't buy it at all... You got it .. for sick of seeing your bad reviews cuz you're are buying the wrong one!

My wife's dad has gout and her mom has rheumatoid arthritis (RA). My wife started getting constant pain in her foot, hands, and joints. We're not sure if it's caused by gout or RA but base on research, Tart Cherry extract could help with both conditions by forcing Uric Acid out of her system. pain is definitely not as bad after about 3 weeks of use. Pills get stuck in my throat when I take them. If I drink them with milk they go down easier.

The top one (Solaray) has 680 mg per serving (2 capsules) with 20.4mg (3%) Anthocanins. That would be 340 mg per capsule.The bottom one, (Carlyle), has 10500 mg per serving (3 capsules). That would be 3500 mg per capsule.I do not understand the 20.4mg (3%) Anthocanins in the first one as compared to the bottom one because the bottom one does not list Anthocanins.

Omg what to say... I have osteoarthritis and this is helping. One a.m. and one p.m. I was told to try it by a nurse practitioner and am not having to take Advil anymore. It takes about 7-10 days to kick in. But then it is the best thing I have found may quit some of my other stuff. Only time will tell.
