Excellent and good value

Very delicate easily absorbed by scalp and skin not great an absolute life changer

I have never taken MCT oil before and was a bit nervous as I have read that some people, particularly women can respond badly until they adjust. I took 1 teaspoon only and felt fine. Since then 2 teaspoons a day. My partner the same. We both feel better, more energetic and mind is a clearer. I am very surprised. I thought it would take a month at least, to have any effect at all. I am very pleased. My only problem is the plastic bottle. If only it was in glass. No one wants an oil product in a plastic container. It has no particular taste but is pleasant to eat & very nice on a salad as dressing with apple cider vinegar. I will try another brand because I want a glass bottle, otherwise I would continue to buy this for ever. I recommend it to buyers as it seems to be the real deal. Hopefully the company will start selling in glass.

Was told to try this to help with seborrheic dermatitis on face, did not help, skin rash became worse, however it only became worse because it turned out my skin rash was caused by a bacterial infection (folliculitis) not fungal. Antibiotic cream cleared my skin rash up. This oil is supposedly only good for clearing up fungal caused skin problems.
