This will likely last me forever. I don't do that much welding, but this works well for shaping the tips of your tungsten.

Works as it should. I have it mounted on a Black & Decker grinder and it fit perfectly. I would like to see multi grit disks included in sepwrate labeled bags. The disks leave a somewhat rough finish but it is accurate enough to do a multi angle profile that would be hard to do free hand. I am going to try some fine grit cutoff disks that I have to do a finish grind and smooth out the swirl pattern left behind by the diamond wheel. I will post and update if I can. One more thing. Do yourself a favor and only grind tungsten under a nozzle of a properly filtered vacuum cleaner. FOR SURE USE A VACUUM CLEANER IF YOUR GOING TO GRIND THORIADED TUNGSTEN. THORIUM IS RADIOACTIVE AND ONCE IT GETS IN YOUR LUNGS IT AIN'T COMING OUT.. IT WILL STAY THERE IRRIDIATING YOUR LUNGS FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE... NOT GOOD.

I have to use a couple of washers, as shims to give it the right heigth to get it to where I can sharpen with my rotary tool. Its kinda janky but for a "universal jig" at a low price. its way faster and overall better then using a angle grinder, or some other improvised methods. the diamonds on the cut off discs wear off quickly. Origionaly I thought it may be a low quality blade. Not the case the faster you run the tool the faster they wear so finding a balance takes some experimenting. Also be careful I have had a blade fly off and hit me in the face when the screw holding it failed! Due to me overtightening it. So use with caution!

It did not fit my dremell tool and I do have the required smaller chuck. The cutting wheel was way to high to align with the insert holes. Spend the extra money and buy the complete grinder. This was a waste of time and money.

Once you figure out where to set the arbor in order to get the angles right, it does in fact grind your tungsten. Even with a name brand Dremel that 100% meets their specifications (confirmed dimensions with calipers), if you follow their instructions the wheel is placed far too high to be able to do anything. The biggest issue with this is that it places the tungsten in the wrong orientation on the wheel. Instead of the desired parallel grain pattern, you end up with a nicely swirled grain. That’s marginally better than just grinding it perpendicular on a plain old bench grinder. Sorely disappointed with this product, even when I take into consideration the low price point of this unit. If the seller doesn’t reach out to me on this review, I’ll be contacting them myself to voice my displeasure in the gross design flaws. It would also be nice to have at least one window on the side that you could see your disc height inside the housing, but that’s a relatively minor flaw in comparison to the others it has.

Made from solid aluminum and easy to install on my Milwaukee cordless M12 rotary tool, aka dremel!

This is a great,easy to use sharpener that fits on the end of a Drexel or similar. Works great and way cheaper than a dedicated tool.

Sharpens tungsten really quickly.. i like the idea of the break off edge incorporate in to it
