It is 3 inches in diameter, and 1 1/2 inches thick.

is this product made in America?

I really do not know where the product is manufactured but they are well made. I have used them for a number of years and they are as good as new.

Does this anchor fray the band? The original anchor that came with my band set frays the rubber while using it.

I have not had that experience. My bands are still in tact.

How well would this work with gymanstic rings?

I use the anchor for two handle Fitness First tubes. It works great on my bedroom door. I have a virtual trainer. Good luck!
