I bought this set for my teenage daughter who LOVES the Friends series. She was a big fan of Lego Friends when she was younger, so I appreciate the transition to adult Legos. lol This is a great set for any fan of the show. She had a lot of fun putting together different parts and recognizing them from particular episodes. It really was much more fun for her and us to see our favorite parts of the series come together in the build.

When Matthew Perry died, this set came up in a recommendation and I had to buy it so I could hold onto those memories in a tangible way. While I am old enough to have watched Friends during the original airing of the program, it wasn't until much later I became a fan. Loving LEGO the way I do, this was just a natural purchase for me for my collection. I think LEGO has the best bricks. They fit together better. The instructions were easy enough to follow. And the build was just really fun to do. I'm always amazed at the level of detail in these sets and how specific details remind me of certain episodes. The moving parts move great and fit in place to become more static. I have this set placed in a prominent spot in my office and I admire it daily. Highly recommend.

The set is exactly as shown but the weirdest thing was there were certain pieces missing. So for parts of the walls where you’re supposed to use a longer block they gave you a bunch of smaller ones which I have NEVER had happen before in a Lego set. I was still able to build everything but if you get to a section of the guy’s apartment and think you’re going crazy..you’re not.

I had only recently found out that the apartment set had been released last year. I had the Centeral Perk set from the moment it released, but had no clue this had become a thing. It's an awesome addition to the friends Lego world! Just like any big Lego set, it does take some time to build. I believe it took me close to 7 hours across the span of 2 days. Which I consider pretty good, since I was building it alone. I haven't fully put together a big set in a very long time. My nephew helped with the Central Perk set. I didn't have any missing pieces. And obviously a few spares that's pretty standard. I really enjoy this piece for my Friends collection. Next I'll be buying the display housing case to keep it dust free and kid proof! I highly recommend for any fan of Friends, especially those you are Lego enthusiasts.

This set includes so many awesome references from all the seasons of the show. Fun to build and display!
