This product is incredibly impressive. The build quality is excellent, although the cost is quite high. One potential drawback is the use of C-size cells, which can add to the overall cost. I believe the brand should consider moving to a rechargeable option, as this would likely be well-received by customers.

I have purchased this one week back and writing the pros and cons Pros: 1. Isn't messy like rat pad 2. Non toxic 3. Good build quality 4. Definitely without Hassel we will find result within one or days two Cons: 1. Very costly even though it used mosquito trap technology. Mosquito traps are available at the rate of approx 350-500 this is costing 3500-6500 (small-large) 2. Use of outdoor not possible in rainy season

The product is a good item to stop rats and mice. Could be built sturdier, buy works as advertised. Put the bait in the bait area, put in 4 C Type batteries (Available on Amazon), arm it and wait. It stops rats even bigger than its own length. Expensive, but peace of mind. Will be buying another soon. Stop rats dead in their tracks. A little clean up of the lower part of the trap is required, but it's simple enough. Wipe with wet cloth, then wipe the kill zone with vinegar to get rid of any odour, then repeat. The only negative would be that it's hard to know when a rodent has been caught without checking frequently. The green LED blinks every 10 seconds after a catch, but the places it is put in, you wouldn't know easily. Apart from that, a commendable product.

Bought owltra big but it's failed to kill single rat yet. Product is not functioning or am been duped.

It works. Easy to set up, no mess, easy disposal. I only wish I'd bought it sooner instead of wasting time with snap traps that never did the trick.

After many failure attempts to catch a very smart big rat roaming around the house, I finally got him with this electric shock trap.

We put this in a couple places in the house and one day my wife decided to put it in the babys crib (no baby inside) where she found some droppings. In the middle of the night I was confused as there seemed to be a flashing light in the room. I finally came to my senses and realized it was the TRAP! Oh man, there was 3-4" of tail sticking out of it. I didn't have the heart to open the trap so I held on to the whole trap and launched the rat into the forest. 2024-August Update: we have caught like 6-7 rats in this and each time we set the trap it probably takes a few days to catch one. We put it on the car seat inside the car as a rat got in my wife's brand new subaru and was chewing the kids seat. BAM! Another dead rat. We have never even changed the batteries in this thing either. Such a good product. In fact I only changed the bait today after a year+ of use.

I have been using this trap in a chicken coop on my property for the last few days. It was very easy to set up and fine if it gets wet. I am catching mice every single day. Ican't remember the last time I set traps and caught them this consistently. Plus if the chickens got at the mice or anything else I don't have to worry that they are consuming bait. Will be buying more.

It is straightforward to use and is effective.
