Happy Happy
1'm using one of these instead of the one that came with my new Culligan EZ-4 water filter system at home, and I've found that the Watts (116102 standard faucet) faucet is a lot better than the cheaply made one that Culligan provided. This Watts faucet model doesn't drip after usage either! It was a pleasant surprise to see that the Watts 116102 faucet has a continual "ON" running position too! Whether your using this faucet to replace an old one, or upgrade it from the one you have ... The quality you get at its iow price ... ... you won't be disappointed! It also blends in well above your sink :) You should onsider purchasing this faucet to replace the one that came with the Culligan EZ-4 water filter system. You'll be "Glad" you did! Easy to Install! * Reliable - Durable - Cost Effective * Note: EZ- 4 Culligan Filtration System. You'll loose the feature of a light telling you it's time to replace your filter, but just know that the manufacture recommends times they should be changed and taste is another way to determine if its change filature time. So loosing this feature shouldn't deter you away from getting it. Enjoy!

Looks good, feels solid but instructions are a complete joke
First off, the system seems pretty solid and works well. My only issue is with the instructions because someone at this company made the conscious decision to not include anything usable or even guide you to their youtube page that shows how to actually install it because connecting the blue tube to the faucet correctly is the difference between "this works great" and "F this company". Make absolutely sure that when you connect the blue tube to the faucet, bolt holding it together has been turned by a wrench and is tight, hand tighten won't cut it. This will seal the tube so you don't get any leaks at the faucet. I learned this the hard way.

Inexpensive and Excellent Air Gap R.O. Faucet
This Watts premier air-gap faucet is a perfect replacement for our 35 year old reverse-osmosis (RO) sink faucet. We had the Watts RO system professionally installed in 1990. Over the years, we have increased the system's capacity. Eventually, the original faucet, also from Watts, just wore out. It didn't leak, but the handle wouldn't stay turned on in that position. This new watts premier air gap faucet is a surprisingly inexpensive exact replacement. It's half the price of many imported air gap faucets. Even better, it came with color-coded poly tubes already fitted. So they were a perfect fit to the RO system's existing connectors. Installation was a breeze. It fit perfectly into the pre-punched hole in the new stainless steel sink. It's clear that the faucet can also be used as a non-air gap faucet just by not using the red, black, and blue tubes that it comes with. Please ignore the slight and embarrassing line of stain on the top of the back splash. We replaced this RO faucet as a part of an ongoing kitchen remodel. This phase involved a new sink, main faucet and the RO faucet. Counter tops are the next phase!

Solid, Well Designed Product
I wanted a separate, cold-water faucet to dispense filtered water from a new under-sink filter that I installed at the same time. When researching, I found that many similar faucets are cheaply made and look and feel that way. Not so this faucet. It is solidly built and an simple yet attractive design. It installed without a problem and works fine. Because the threads are not pipe threads, I had to use an ice-maker connector as an interface between the faucet and the compression connection to the 3/8-inch tubing from the filter. There may have been other solutions, but this one did the job. One helpful feature is that you can either hold the flow lever part way up for less than full force, or let it click into the full-up position for hands-off use. All in all, a very satisfactory purchase.

WARNING Plastic Lever Breaks
Summary: Black plastic lever can break in a way that is not visible to the user. I spent weeks trying to fix my RO water filtration system after installing this faucet because my original 12-yr old Watts Premier faucet wore out. Water stopped coming out of the faucet a week after install. I replaced the tank since it was old and history showed the tanks only lasted about 8 yrs in our system. Flip the faucet on. No water. I quadruple checked the filtration system. I have mobility and dexterity issues so it takes me couple days for each check. I can feel the water running through the system to fill the tank. The incoming pressure is set to 90 psi. The tank pressure is set to 5 psi. Waste water is running through the drain tube. The filtration system is working beautifully. I pulled off the faucet spout to see if something had been jammed inside somehow. The small amount of water that drained from the spout had little black bits of plastic from the black plastic lever. The brass pull release for the faucet's water valve chipped away just enough of the black plastic that the black lever appeared to operate in both the up and down positions, but was not actually lifting the brass pull to release the water. If possible, I would give negative stars for poor materials. Due to my inability to complete these checks and investigations within the time given, I am not eligible for a refund.

Looks good, easy to fit, works fine with my 1/4” compression fit plastic line…
Replaced one with pretty much the same design, one that isn’t listed any more. This looks identical except for some small aesthetic details. Very simple to replace, tho I reused the old compression connector, which I didn’t have to cut and replace. Don’t expect it to last more than maybe 4 or 5 years at most, since we have hard water, and it collects on everything unfortunately…. Still not particularly expensive, so I hope they remain available in the future! Update… I too noticed as others have mentioned, the nozzle becoming loose. I’m guessing I must have knocked it when working over the sink. Looking closely, the nozzle is secured with two O-rings into the base, and one of the O-rings was showing, as tho the nozzle was about to come out of the base! Looks the same as the older one I had. It didn’t leak, but it makes me wonder just how much it would take to completely dislodge it… sort of scary, because there’d be quite a flood I’m guessing, if you weren’t around to catch it….

Great Replacement Faucet
Seems to be a well built unit. Has 3 o-rings sealing the facuet stem (my old one only had 2). All chrome is smooth without blemishes. Valve and valve seat is brass and appears to be quality as the handle is a stiff spring. Not too difficult to operate as some other reviews said. Pretty normal amount of force to push down or pull up and lock open. Doesn't make any noise that other reviews I read said. For the money, this is a great little faucet. Been running it about 6 weeks and it seems to be fine. Bonus is the piping comes pre-connected to the faucet side leads (drinking water, brine water, and drain) so you just plug and play into the quick disconnects under the sink (trim to length if you wish) and your up and running. Would buy again if need a new one. For what it's worth, I am a licenced general contractor. Been in construction for almost 30 years and worked as a plumber when I was a kid. I've seen junk and this faucet is not it.
