***Just to send some encouragement, I posted this originally when I was barely testing positive for pregnant, but holding my breath in that vulnerable early detection window.. Turns out.. Somehow the combination of Proov’s LH strips for the ovulation spike, PDG strips to confirm ovulation, then using the Pro supplements and Balancing oil for the last two weeks of the cycle WORKED. This company is run by women, was created by a woman with fertility issues (I did my research before investing in this group of products - they seem expensive but they realistically aren’t if you consider the cost of months of things you’ve already tried or the immeasurable cost of the range of emotions, or your time scouring the internet for solutions - let’s admit, the internet can be terrifying with fertility “rabbit holes” so to speak) it’s “PROOV-EN” itself to be priceless. I’ve been taking these for about 2 years. 2 years ago I went to the hospital having some issues. Learned that I am postmenopausal. As someone who doesn’t have insurance and needed help, I tried these. These work!! I feel better, my hair on my legs and arms aren’t so thick. My periods were better. I felt more human again. Totally recommend!!!

Being using these supplements for 9 months and I am finally pregnant! These have helped my luteal phase go from 8-10 days to 14 faithfully. Not a quick fix in my case but I would use again if I needed to.

I gave this 3 stars because it did do what it was intended and lengthened my luteal phase from 8 days to 12. But I was so nauseated and dizzy on this I thought I was pregnant. The sickness didn’t just last a few days either. It lasted the entire 2 weeks!

This bottle is magic, after months of ttc, two months on this no other changes and I received a positive. I cannot recommend this enough. The support team is also incredibly helpful, I reached out to confirm dosage and usage and everyone was so kind. This stuff works. I am not sure what I was lacking but this helped me get success.

My husband and I began our TTC journey in October 2024, I had my IUD removed in September 2024 and took that month to figure out where my cycle might be at and when to anticipate ovulation. I use a specific tracking app to keep track of my cycle and what goes on and I had noticed on the calendar in the app that it said by a specific date I should test for PDG but I didn't know what that was and I only had tests for LH and HCG. So I did some research and came across Proov Confirm.The first cycle I used them my 7DPP test was 5.0 but 8/9/10DPP tests were all 7.0 so I was confident I ovulated. My next cycle all tests were 7.0 and I ended up having a chemical pregnancy so I thought that maybe I was experiencing low progesterone and looked into Proov Pro. The directions on the container states to take 1-2 supplements per day beginning the day after ovulation for the next 15 days or when your period starts and I thought that maybe I only needed a little bit of help since 5.0 is the equivalent of the minimum for blood to be considered positive and I was scoring 7.0. I had taken the immediate next cycle after my chemical off just to make sure I was physically okay which is why one cycle looks a little long, but the next cycle (the one previous to the one I'm currently in) I began taking one Proov Pro supplement. Once it was time to test all 4 came back as 7.0 which I thought maybe wasn't quite enough after all so I decided my next cycle I would try two supplements.The next cycle (the current one I'm in) I began taking two Proov Pro supplements, then came the time to test again......... well what do you know, all 4 came back as 7.0!!!!!This is supposed to be a natural supplement to help raise your progesterone to assist ladies in trying to get pregnant that might be experiencing low progesterone. This costs $30 a container and it contains 30 supplements, that's $1 per supplement, so I believe I should've had higher readings for sure when I was taking two supplements. I would not recommend this to anyone, it'll be better to seek testing with a fertility specialist or OBGYN to see if you're experiencing low progesterone and receive proper progesterone assistance.

Pro- Did what it was supposed to! Took 2 pills a day the last 15 days of my cycle and success! Not pregnant yet, BUT I have 24-25 day cycles and this helped get my cycle to 27 days! I’m looking forward to continuing to take it the next few cycles to hopefully get my cycle to 28-30.Cons- I. FELT. AWFUL. I mean cold sweats, headaches, nausea. the entire time I took it. The last 7 ish days I started taking it right before bed around 9pm each night and that helped, but I still felt pretty terrible haha
