I was taking this in my second half of cycle as directed. I was also using the proov strips for perimenopausal and my levels were increased a lot better. I take the progesterone oil and on some days its hard to keep applying. I got this supplement to help and didn't have to use as much oil. Very happy with my progesterone test results while using this supplement. This is a two month supply. Easy to swallow. I take with food as directed.

Somehow the combination of Proov’s LH strips for the ovulation spike, PDG strips to confirm ovulation, then using the Pro supplements and Balancing oil for the last two weeks of the cycle WORKED. I personally believe this is what helped me conceive. I started taking them in between the last day of my cycle and about three days before I started to ovulate. Two weeks later, I took a pregnancy test and it was positive. I have been trying to conceive for about 9 to 10 years. I have tried other products from Amazon. This is the only product that I believe helped along with something else. That’s something else I try the month before there was a negative pregnancy test. There was a positive pregnancy test after I took this. Try it.

I tried Proov Pro to support hormone balance and fertility, and while I noticed some minor improvements, it unfortunately upset my stomach. The supplement itself seems well-formulated, and I like that it focuses on progesterone support, but the digestive discomfort was a dealbreaker for me. I’m giving it 3 stars because it may work well for others, but it didn’t agree with me personally. If you have a sensitive stomach, proceed with caution.

I truly believe this is a great addition to have! I can’t say whether it is a make or break but along with the other reviews I can say I am having a healthy pregnancy so far now at 12 weeks and no cramps, no bleeding, active sex with no issues or pain and went for ultra sound and everything is great! The other reviews may be more helpful because I honestly never tried to get pregnant other than having a miscarry when I was young but it really doesn’t help to get it especially if you have any worries! I personally just took 2 everyday since I was about 4 weeks when I found out more as a safety precaution! Like why not have a support for your uterine lining it doesn’t hurt to have as back up at all!

My husband and I began our TTC journey in October 2024, I had my IUD removed in September 2024 and took that month to figure out where my cycle might be at and when to anticipate ovulation. I use a specific tracking app to keep track of my cycle and what goes on and I had noticed on the calendar in the app that it said by a specific date I should test for PDG but I didn't know what that was and I only had tests for LH and HCG. So I did some research and came across Proov Confirm. The first cycle I used them my 7DPP test was 5.0 but 8/9/10DPP tests were all 7.0 so I was confident I ovulated. My next cycle all tests were 7.0 and I ended up having a chemical pregnancy so I thought that maybe I was experiencing low progesterone and looked into Proov Pro. The directions on the container states to take 1-2 supplements per day beginning the day after ovulation for the next 15 days or when your period starts and I thought that maybe I only needed a little bit of help since 5.0 is the equivalent of the minimum for blood to be considered positive and I was scoring 7.0. I had taken the immediate next cycle after my chemical off just to make sure I was physically okay which is why one cycle looks a little long, but the next cycle (the one previous to the one I'm currently in) I began taking one Proov Pro supplement. Once it was time to test all 4 came back as 7.0 which I thought maybe wasn't quite enough after all so I decided my next cycle I would try two supplements. The next cycle (the current one I'm in) I began taking two Proov Pro supplements, then came the time to test again......... well what do you know, all 4 came back as 7.0!!!!! This is supposed to be a natural supplement to help raise your progesterone to assist ladies in trying to get pregnant that might be experiencing low progesterone. This costs $30 a container and it contains 30 supplements, that's $1 per supplement, so I believe I should've had higher readings for sure when I was taking two supplements. I would not recommend this to anyone, it'll be better to seek testing with a fertility specialist or OBGYN to see if you're experiencing low progesterone and receive proper progesterone assistance.

I have thyroid issues (hypothyroidism) and PCOS, so when I say I have horrible cramps, I mean feels as bad as my miscarriage I had earlier this year and that was HORRIBLE. My hormones are crazy all over the place, due to this and I’ve been struggling with fertility issues. Every month when the negative came, I could always rely on the horrible pain to remind me of another failure. Ofc, I got the doctor working to get my TSH in order now, but before I even knew how bad my thyroid was I had stumbled across these and the Goddess tea from Avery Apothecary. These two together have given me such relief when it came to the pain and heavy bleeding. I am now down to such a small ache that painkillers are not necessary. I still have a far way to go on my fertility journey, but hopefully after my thyroid is reigned in and the continuation of these, maybe I’ll finally catch my break. I haven’t been watching the length of the luteal phase as religiously as some, but looking at the past 4 reports on natural cycles it’s been going from 10 days to 14-15 days. Not too bad. I haven’t had any obvious reactions to it, I always take them right before bed and sleep through the next 7 hours so maybe that helps.
