Power Pressure Cooker XL 10 Qt with Eric Theiss' Power Pressure Cooking Cookbook

I purchased my 10 quart power pressure cooker xl just recently, but I can tell you that I love it already. I have used it everyday since I purchased it. I work 12 hour shifts and this cooker has helped me make delicious meals fast for my family. Thank you.

Works great. Very versatile and cuts cooking time by 3/4. The reason I an giving 3 stars is my wife used 3 times and the non-stick coating came off in a big area

This is a great product; we use it frequently for fast meals. Makes the meat so tender. Hard-cooked eggs or apple sauce in 6 minutes. No longer have to soak beans or peas for soup, makes them in a jiffy. Changing my initial 5 stars to 3. the coating on the inside of the pot is flaking off. I see others have the same issue. Looking for a stainless steel replacement liner for it.

. So far, I love it and I use it almost daily. It does do an excellent job, meals are tasty, and clean up is very easy. I look forward to trying a variety of dishes.

This is taking sometime to get used to using. The few meals I cooked have been alright. I should have ordered a medium size instead of a large.I am basically cooking for two and have to adapt the recipes accordingly. Hopefully it will get easier to use.

WOW! Simply amazing!Full disclosure: I am an "as seen on TV junkie" and unfortunately disappointment is sometimes the case when buying "as seen on TV" stuff... BUT, THAT IS NOT THE CASE HERE!We saw the infomercial and wanted to give the Power Pressure Cooker XL a try. So we logged onto Amazon and ordered the 10 Qt w/ the free cookbook. We were happy that it arrived sooner than expected and we decided to use it that very first day. We went with "Cheesy Shrimp and Grits" (pages 184-185) because we had the ingredients and it claimed to be a quick meal (about 10 minute prep / 5 minute cook). The truth is my expectations were not too high; after all, how good could a 15 minute meal really be? I'll tell you how good... freakin' awesome!!! My kids don't really like grits and they couldn't have enough. Hands down these were the BEST shrimp and grits I have ever had.The second night we did the "Carnitas" and this was another big hit. It took less than 30 minutes and the flavor really was "infused" into the super tender meat. DELICIOUS!!! So far we have used the Power Pressure Cooker 5 out of the last 7 days and every meal has been easy, quick and delicious. My mother-in-law is a very critical cook (think Marie Barone) and she was so impressed she ordered one. And our daughter is getting married next year and she's already put the cooker on their Amazon registry.So, if your thinking about it and are on the fence just go for it! You won't be sorry - THIS ONE IS A WINNER!

I use this 3 times a week. I would recommend this to everyone. Comes in multiple sizes, makes cooking so easy and incredibly FAST.
