The product arrived exactly as described. For the price I was sceptical of the quality, however I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the first cartridge.The "finger ledge" has proven helpful for me personally. The way I hold my machine and my giant hands, it helps to have that little support.As far as the quality. These cartridges are solid. They look cool but they work very well. I have not found any of my cartridges to have any defects or barbed needles so far. The needles have minimal play so needle "wobble" has not been an issue for me.Overall I am very happy with the product and will continue to buy more untill I am ready to try something new

the quality is a bout a 8-10 and that’s me being non biased, never gave me trouble but the membrane could be a little better. But still a good product

For the price, these needles are great. Sure, a few are not completely straight, but they get the job done. However, the grip on these are perfect. Really comfortable

The media could not be loaded. I love using this brand because they are great and budget friendly “they do the job”

These were great little cartridges. The finger ledge made a huge difference for me, actually. They have been able to withstand everything that I have asked them to do and are a great value for the price. I feel more than comfortable recommending them to professionals and amateurs alike.
