Nice for shade but I do not recommend if you plan on keeping it up semi-permanently. This thing will hold gallons of water when it rains. Our other ones let the water through so they don't sag and put pressure on the string lights below them. This also does not let air through when the wind blows so acts like a literal sail for whatever it's attached to. If just using for shade, it's durable and retains the color (I've had mine 6 months in Florida sun).

I’ve been using sunshades for years and been happy. But unless you live in an area with little or no wind, DON’T order a ‘waterproof’ sail. If the manufacturer could put anchor points half way down the sides, MAYBE.

My son installed this shade over our gold fish pond area. It is now a protection against rain, debris, and sun for the pond and for us!

Bought one of these to add to our camping supplies. We bought some para cord and hung it up in the trees. Easy to take down and fold back up into the packaging.

High quality and very large. Did not install this season. Will put up next season after deck is remodeled.

Material is thin, hin Ave to take it down all the time if it’s raining, it fills with water, just overall not happy with them
