These things are well-constructed and easy to use. A godsend as an easy simple fix for somebody with a leg/height difference.

Cushion feels great and it added sufficient height for my lateral maleolus to clear the rim of the shoe HOWEVER the taper on the lift wasn’t gradual enough. The lack of a “taper” left it feeling as though there was a “drop-off” point in the middle of my arch which felt like a pebble that you need to remove. I cut them down hoping to taper it myself, but it was rather impossible. If only the engineers had used more sense when designing the taper-these would have worked well. I had to toss them out.

These work very good. Don’t even know they are in my shoe. Great product.

I have worn heel inserts for years and it was great to find these online. Inserts are often hard to find and more expensive. I use only one heel insert in each pair of shoes to even out my stride. These fit well in all my leather shoes. I walk a lot and depending on what the shoe liner is made of, I find a drop or two of any type of epoxy glue is just the ticket so the insert lasts as long as the shoes.
