A strange tome
This is a very unusual stream of self-analysis or inner reflection. Schwaller apparently wrote it immediately after concluding his 15 years research in Egypt primarily at Luxor. But this is not the strong conveyance of symbolism and meaning that you would expect from most of his other works.First, nearly half of this book consists of a forward by Christopher Bamford and an introduction by Deborah Lawlor. The text then starts on page 69 of 145. So nearly half of what is here is not even Schwaller's words. A little surprising. As for the text of Schwaller, this is a strange sequence of statements by some aspect of Schwallers higher self. It's like he's having an inner monologue. Each paragraph or set of statements always ending in the curious punctuation of .....?The entire approach is offbeat. The language is incomplete or unnecessarily obtuse many times. It is not an easy book to read. You would guess that maybe in the original French it might make more sense. There is no doubt Schwaller was in a stream of consciousness. And for the year 1952, any kind of metaphysical writing I suppose could be interesting. But the rhythm of the statements is odd. Too much time is spent by this 'voice' or whatever is tossing Schwaller around in order to straighten out and at times belittle his thinking. There are a few brief tidbits worth keeping. But overall this is not a keeper. There is nearly nothing memorable here. And it would be more of curiosity and willingness to part with a few dollars as the main reasons to get this book.

Schwaller De Lubicz is too deep to be readily fathomed ...
Schwaller De Lubicz is too deep to be readily fathomed, to the extent of being in a position to really understand what is really meant by what one has read. One must be rather careful to be certain that there is not some hidden esoteric or other symbolic language being used in conveying an idea by this enigmatic master. He is most certainly not to be taken lightly, but what an educator.

This book reads like a visionary poem
One of Schwaller's deepest works. Not for the beginner, in fact, very much for the Schwaller enthusiast. This book reads like a visionary poem. Something to come back to time and time again.

Excelente book.
This book is inspiring. We can do a lot of analogies of the future of science, and what today science is saying.
