Great value for the money. The padlock in particular feels really strong and secure.

The floor anchor is bigger and thicker than it looks in the pictures. It will take a lot of work for anyone to cut it. The chain links too are a lot thicker than I imagined. Nothing is unbreakable, but these will take time and effort for a thief to remove. Installation involves drilling two 16 mm holes. I had to buy a new drill bit. I am very happy that along with other measures this chain and anchor are going to make any would be thief work harder, make more noise, and take longer than he or she would like.

The major bike shops online don't seem to stock this locking system, to their loss. The installation was simple, the lock secure, and the customer services brilliant. To ensure that my bikes are covered by my household insurance I am required to provided evidence of minimum Gold secure, this system meets this, and GW customer service provided me with the certificates to demonstrate this. The subject line is 'half the price' as the major online bike shops offer anchor locks (only) for around £60. This is £45 for the chain, anchor, and lock.

Took the lock off to use my bike. Upon returning the lock jammed. Key broke in lock. Thankfully I had not secured it to my ground anchor otherwise I'd be stuck. As it happens I now have 3 feet of chain attached to a heavy ass useless lock and chain. Which I can't use any more.Not a happy man.
