honestly, after reading a few reviews and seeing the cheap price, i thought this would tarnish, i didnt mind if it did though, im more of a carefree person. i bought the necklace, it came in a nice package. ive been wearing this necklace every single day to sleep, shower, work, whatever else, and it has NOT tarnished or scratched in the slightest bit. its extremely durable, very very beautiful, and i love the look of it. the clasp is very strong, ive gotten it tugged on by my cats a couple of times, and it hasn't broken at all. its very easy to function with, and its amazing. i highly recommend buying this necklace. im a silver girlie, so i bought a silver one instead of gold, so i cant say much on that part, but this necklace is genuinely AMAZING. if i could give more than 5 stars, i would.

I wanted to have something special that I could wear everyday in honor of my cat who passed last summer at 16 years old. Pavo is my go to for jewelry for the last two years, for gifts for others or myself. I absolutely love the pull chain lengthening part! So smart and looks elegant. The gold sparkles so pretty. It’s 16 inches with it fully length out. The tiny heart is so precious. A great gift for anyone! I haven’t worn them in the shower or in water yet but I have been wearing it 24/7 (take off for showers and swim) for a month almost and it hasn’t dulled one bit. I have sensitive skin as you can see I started turning red in the spot of the heart which is due to me moving it around and messing with it for this review however it never breaks me out. I have earrings from Pavo that have been in my ears for a year and a half flat backs and never took them out, only the backs edge had the tiniest bit of tarnishing just the edges not noticeable unless you look but hey that’s hella good for never taking off especially wearing in water salt water and pool water. This is really precious. Makes a great gift. I’ll probably buy a back up just in case. I’m also going to get one for my sister niece and mom

I’ve worn this necklace 24/7 since August 2025 and it hasn’t lost its shine or color yet! I originally got it to test to see if I liked the style and then was planning to get a nicer material one, but honestly I’m gonna keep rocking this one now. Good quality for the price! Slight discoloration and scratches after wearing for two years almost everyday and showering in it. Will be buying one as a gift for my sister soon and might get myself one with a different letter on it. No discoloring of my skin at all. Durable and has never broken. Chain size is a good length and the charm is a cute dainty heart that is perfect if you like simple necklaces. Again, I wear this almost everyday single day so I am impressed with how long it has lasted. Photo is how it currently looks two years in.
