I dislike nothing about this pillow.You can't go wrong with memory foam. I primarily bought this to give an ear cartilage piercing bump a chance to heal properly so if your looking to do the same, I'd recommend using this on top of a thinner (regular) pillow unless you have short shoulders. Also if like me, your prone to spots and blemishes then this pillow is great too as it has a removable casing which you can wash. There's a stiff wire type part in the centre of the pillow so that you can mould it to whatever shape you want and keep it rigid.Edit: I wouldn't say it's the best pillow for travelling as it's quite large and hard to squash down when packing. But if you have enough room for it then its great.

I fly alot.. My old one beany one bursted last minute so I purchased this one to try as it wasn't a beany one. When trying to use one of the sides at a upright angle. Like seen in the picture. It doesn't actually work. Not comfortable at all.. And to big whilst used on a plane and also to carry whilst boarding and unboarding , I ended up not making use of it on an 11hr flight. I should of just purchased a cheap one poly bean one would of worked better.

This was a gift for my sister as she was travelling to Mexico and wanted something for the long flight! She made it into a good shape and used it at home before she even went onto the plane. She loves it and still uses it every time she gets into a car whether it’s a long or short journey. It hasn’t lost shape or the support it had when she first got it. Very good value for money and I’ll be buying one for myself before I go on holiday!

I need this for my flight as I suffer with neck & back pain but I used this at home when it arrived due to pain and I have to say this is an excellent product. So easy to manoeuvre and so comfortable, it really does help
