This is our second pack of PM 2.5 filters. Although we have no way of testing whether these do exactly what they say, we are pleased they tout being 5 layers. Our heavy, tightly-woven cloth masks, though excellent, do not do enough on their own, so this made us feel more secure. I only wish they were a bit larger. I fold it horizontally into the slot in the side of my over-the-head mask, insert it, and then flip the top part up to lay flat. There is still quite a bit of area that a larger-sized filter could cover, so we wish they were larger.

The filters arrived on time and fit well into all of my masks. I even opened up some masks that had double layers but no place to insert a filter and they worked well there too. It makes me feel safer to have a filter inside my masks and I'm also doing my part to make it safer for others. I filled all of my masks so that I could just grab and go whenever I needed one. No odor and breathing is no problem. I even tried to blow out a candle with a filter in my mask and couldn't do it!
