The texture is finer and denser than other brands, helping it blend smoothly without clumps or excessive froth.Flavour-wise, the taste is well-balanced at the recommended two scoops (35g), providing 25g of protein. Some may find one scoop lighter in flavour, but that’s because each scoop is 17.5g, not 30g or so like in other brands. You need two scoops for a full serving, as Dymatize simply uses a smaller scoop size—though the protein per 100g is comparable.When using the correct serving size, the cookies and cream flavour is creamy and slightly sweet, leaning more towards the cream than the cookie. It mixes easily, but if you prefer a thicker shake or stronger flavour, simply use less water or milk.The price was great with the S&S discount, and the serving size, protein content, and mixability make it a solid choice. High in protein, low in sugar, and packed with BCAAs, it’s a great alternative to bigger brands—especially if you can grab it at a good price!

Good quality protein, mixes well and tastes like chocolate peanut. I feel its working after my sessions of weights 💪

My review should actually be taken as 4 1/2 stars. This is for the vanilla gourmet flavour. This mixes so well whether with water or milk. Quality seems to be so good as does the nutrition. Does not seem to cause any issues for the lactose sensitive. The flavour is decent but not brilliant. Slightly sweet and overly flavoured if that makes sense, but that is to preference; hence the non 5 stars.

The flavour (chocolate peanut butter or somthing) is really good but I would recommend getting two smaller tubs with different flavours so that it does not get boring. Good value for money. It blends and dissolves easily.

I have been using Amfit Nutrition Whey Protein for a while now and I liked it a lot but I couldn't find my preferred flavor so I decided to try Dymatize. I regret this as it's taste is not rich and the texture is VERY light and I don't think it includes the protein portion mentioned on the package.Not buying it again!
