Love this vitamin D supplement. The pills are tiny and easy to swallow, it seems to be very effective, especially in the winter when I notice a mood change when I’m not getting enough sun. Pop a couple of these babies and it seems to alleviate some of the depression. Also, I’ve read that they are die free and have clean ingredients, always a plus.

Great vitamin D it really works

I am glad to have this because it is an integral part of a protocol for increasing bone mineral density in osteopenia. The amount I need to take is 5000IU daily, but since the body's capacity for Calcium is 500mg at the time, I will need to divide the Vitamin D3 doses into smaller portions. This product will allow me to do just that.
