Great Wrench, Description is off.
Wrench is a great quality, and being 9/16s and 1/2 makes it perfect for breaking service Caps. The wrench is about 6" long, not 16" long so perfect size and fits right in a veto tp3 no problem. Would definitely recommend to any HVAC Tech/ Foreman and the bit that is sold separately works perfectly for opening and closing king valves without being trimmed ( most trane units are shallower than other brands ), and it's a Klein how can you go wrong.

Necessary for HVAC
This refrigeration wrench is the best of it's kind I have ever used. I have had several brands of these wreches, none of which could compare to this one.Yellow Jacket, and Gearwrench are some of the other brand refrigeration wrenches I have used in addition to various cheap brands from the supply house. Most of those ones are actually quite uncomfortable to use and end up cramping your hands. They also have the problem of being too fat in the handle. This one, however is perfectly sized lengthwise, and the width of the handle is great. It really is a comfortable tool to use and will not bother your hand. There are some days that I do not even use this at all, but when I need it I'm glad that I have this one. It really is a great, quality specialty tool that if taken care of should last a long time. But honestly, should you expect anything different from Klein hand tools? I think not, at least with my history of using them.

It works
I’ve been using this valve wrench quite a bit recently, and it gets the job done. It’s just like any other valve wrench. I personally wouldn’t spend that much on a single valve wrench again it’s about the same as the other brands of wrenches I have.

Refrigeration Wrench
I know this a refrigeration wrench as I worked on refrigeration and air conditioming for years and I still have some of the tools. When I found a wrench that I had I realized it would also adjust the brakes on my golf cart. The wrench ie really intended to open enr close refrigeration valves but for a golf cart brake adjuster it is great. Glad I made this purchase.

"Better than my old one..."
This is a quote from my husband who was in the heating and cooling business for over 40 years. He recently moved our central air from one place to the other in the yard, and needed this wrench for the refrigeration lines.
