An extremely user friendly AirPrinter
A very user friendly printer. I use it for Air Printing my documents and photos, and it connects and prints seamlessly from my iPhone, iMac desktop, iPad, as well as Windows laptop. Setting it up was a breeze, and all that I had to do was follow the simple installation video, and keep my phone in close proximity to the printer. I would highly recommend this product for simple home printing jobs.

Good product
Good product in this price range but dual side printing is creating some issue, sometimes it works and sometime it skips.

The BEST printer
I have tried many printers before this - Canon, HP, etc - and this one is the absolute best. The ink last for ever and ever and the quality of the prints are also excellent. Prints full duplex without having to flip the paper manually. And the wireless printing is useful, though it takes some time to set it up.

Poor product and support from Amazon and onsitego team
From day one, the product has not worked properly. I purchased the Onsitego extended warranty for added protection, but now that I’m trying to file a claim, neither Onsitego representatives nor Amazon customer support are helping.Everyone keeps asking me to explain the issue from the beginning, but no one is actually interested in resolving it. The experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I expected much better support, especially after investing in an extended warranty.

A Good printer as of now
It's a week over and initially I felt bit complicated, but after installation and testing, I am back in confidence with the printer. It's does decent print quality, easy installation and auto duplex etc.I have integrated with my mobile through WiFi and my personal laptop as well. Installed the Epson iprint app and it work well. Today I did a remote print ( not in WiFi rage, used internet to print outside from home) and it worked well. Got registered from printer as when it prompted and it did worked well.Did duplex printing as well. The only challenge is it pull mutiplle papper some time. But I don't think we can do much on that except keeping good quality shuffled paper.Need to test to scan and save on cloud. It's says I can save any cloud platform. Will have to test it.As of now, it looks good. Hope it will keep up it's good work.

Software is not great
The print quality has been alright till now. My issue/problem has been the software. It is so buggy and keeps hanging. A print job sometimes continues to show in the queue even after it’s been printed.

Recieved the product without any damage, thanks to amazon logistics.Pros :•Printer is light weight and compact for the table.•Excellent print speed even in borderless printing. ( can’t expect the speed as much as a laser printer can do )•Setup is very is that we can done in 20 minutes without any hassle.•Photo print is awesome in photo paper with vivid mode•Spill free ink bottles keeps printer and table from the ink stains.Cons :•Draft mode printing is disaster•Duplex is not up to mark ( paper jam occurs occasionally)
