Helped a lot with my fatigue

I lobe these tablets. They are easy to take,price is great and they do me good. No side effects.

I've tried a gazillion different types of vitamins and energy boosts, all sorts, and generally I don't ever see any difference in me, any obvious positive change. I have to say that these actually seem to be doing the job. I have back issues and suffer serious fatigue with it so actually finding I'm less tired in the evenings than usual was a very pleasant surprise indeed.Packaged well, easy to swallow and no dodgy taste with a very reasonable price compared to others. I've got them on repeat.My only gripe, and it's very trivial and typical of me. I'm not senile, I'm 50 not ancient with memory issues, I really don't need the blister pack labelled with the days of the week so I remember when to take them!

I think these are a good multivitamin but they do contain caffeine and it is hard to tell that they contain caffeine. Feels like they are a bit secretive about it on the main ingredients lists etc. I think it is a bit more caffeine than is in a cup of coffee - 50mg. Caffeine doesn’t suit me and my doctor advised me not have it after heart surgery a few years ago. So I wish they did a version without caffeine and also wish they were clearer about the fact that these contain it as it wasn’t until I had bought them and taken them and realised the effects of caffeine that o saw it there buried deep in the blurb. An expensive mistake. So I’d say if you are ok with caffeine do try them but swap them for one of your coffees each day!

I had to write something.I work two jobs over 7 days. I have suffered severe fatigue for a couple of years now and my GP just tends to ignore me so I don't bother mentioning it anymore.At the weekends I have a long shift (Sat and Sun) and I usually feel AWFUL. I have about 5 cups of coffee throughout the day and end up overeating because I am just so exhausted.Ita Sunday today and I noticed that yesterday and today I felt more alert and less tired but I had the same amount of (limited) sleep (I.e. around 5-6 hours a night as I have erratic sleep patterns) Because it was so unusual for me to feel 'awake' I wondered why.Then I remembered, I have been taking these tablets for the past 9 days. I can't say for certain it's them. It may be that I am just having a random good weekend. But I really hope it's the tablets working. Feeling exhausted all the time is horrible and debilitating, plus it's depressing not to have any energy or 'zest'.Obviously it's just one weekend and I have only taken 9 tablets thus far, but I will most likely reorder these and will provide an update. (I've tried SO many vitamins and actually took so much Vitamin D, it was flagged on blood tests - so be aware)I am really keeping my fingers crossed on this. It would be life changing for me if my energy increases...

Garbage, I have never felt so drained after taking these.
