An ultimate popcorn maker
I was initially skeptical but it turned out to be a marvelous surprise. The popcorn popper is very efficient in popping 99% of the seeds every time. Flavors can be added directly too. Easy to use and easy to clean. It does take a little while to warm up and then popping does not stop until the last one (maybe last but one :)).The volume has to be taken into consideration, so it is important to use the provided measuring spoon. A very nice product and we are extremely satisfied.

Ok. I Spent over $70 for some popcorn.
Seems like an excellent product. I did have one of the little rubber feet come out of the bottom, but I pushed it back in and it stayed.I bought this with along with some Snappy white popcorn (4 pounds) and Dutchman's coconut oil for popcorn (32 oz.) and one carton of Flavacol. All-in-all it's been pretty good. After I ran out of Snappy popcorn, I bought some Jolly Time popcorn. It is also pretty good. Hasn't ever burned or scorched and there are very few unpopped kernels. I'm thinking of trying Golden Barrel Butter Flavored Coconut Oil or Orville Redenbacher popcorn oil next. The Franklin Coconut Oil seems a bit pricey. The scoop will hold between 140 to 150 grams of popcorn--in case you lose your scoop. I use a scant scoop (less than full) because it leaves more room in the bowl to toss the popcorn around. The amount of popcorn is approx one and a half to two bags of microwave popcorn, which I find optimal-not too much or too little.

Works great, instructions suck.
Best popper I've used.Instructions suck.I let it warm up then add butter and let it melt. Then add popcorn and popcorn salt to taste. Put on the cover and let it go.Pops 99% of kernels.Flip it upside down and enjoy.

Great buy.
simply love this popcorn pooper maker. This popcorn maker is so easy and makes the best tasting popcorn. I love the size and durability. I'm so glad I saw this popcorn maker and it was so affordable. The easy cleaning and space saver is great in small kitchen or dorm rooms. The lid is great as a bowl if a bowl is not available. It is a easy design just plug it in turn the turn the popcorn maker on and presto your eating a delicious snack in minutes. I love the color I did not know if more colors are available. My movie nights are a whole lot brighter with the popcorn maker.

Easy to use and easy to clean.
This product was the best thing I've bought in years. We used to buy a lot of microwave popcorn to support our snacking needs. That is no more. This product is simple to use and clean. It pops 98% of the kernels and is smoke to clean. It gets used 4 to 6 tunes a week and we couldn't be happier. Much better than microwave popcorn. Highly recommend.

Skinny Pop will miss the sales!!
Directions add sugar (new for me) but came out really kettle corn type crisp (too sweet for my husband but not for me). We are using sunflower oil too. So happy we can supplement some food savings. This is big for our snacking. Skinny P can run us $3-5/bag. This feels big time for our budget. Used it twice, cleaned it twice. If you make it as directed with sugar, it is tough to clean but achievable without the sugar it is a breeze to clean! Will update if I have an issues with the machine. Historically, we have had bad luck with air poppers, this is our first oil swirly thingy. But I am so optimistic from all other reviews. Will keep you posted!

Nothing Like Good Popcorn
Although this popper was smaller than I envisioned, I have to say I am very happy with it just the way it is. A full batch in this popper is perfect for 2 people and a movie. We have had our share of popcorn poppers over the years, and have always favored this style of popper. From our very first Stir Crazy in the late 80's we were hooked. There is just no substitute for popcorn popped in oil, and coated in real butter while it is popping. We decided to be adventurous and try the sugar, as the instructions advise and were very pleased to discover a super easy kettle corn. Just make sure to turn it off as soon as the popping stops and flip it over. Add a little salt and your good to go!!
