My daughter was suffering from hypergranulation of tissue due to ingrown toe nails on both big toes. We tried everything to try and get the issue under control, but nothing helped. I finally stumbled on a Canadian research paper on how to cure hypergranulation and they recommended packing the wound underneath with cotton wool then placing this type of dressing on top to soak up wound fluid and protect the wound from friction when placed in shoes.Wow, what a transformation! The hypergranulation reduced within 3 days after months of agony for my daughter. 1 week later, it's all but gone and only scabs now. Brilliant stuff and very cheap for this type of dressing which is normally very expensive. Highly recommended.

Bought these for applying special gel to my dogs foot after operation opened up. Almost a daily redressing using up first what was supplied from the vets then these when I ran out. These will now be part of my first aid kit in the future. Years ago we used lint but not even sure if available now to put ointment on something. Anyway these are better with being individual sealed bags.

We have been using this product for over a year now. We order it every few weeks. The NHS does not supply dressings for stoma sights. Much to my dismay.This product is superb at keeping the stoma sight clean and fresh. It protects my sons clothes and bedding from any leaks, blood and medication.I woukd highly recommend.The size is perfect, they cut really well to fit around the stoma.Would highly recommend.
