Well, I guess I’m not getting my money back fr Kegg because I’m pregnant!Quick background:- Actively trying TTC for 13 years- Diagnosed with lupus in 2016- Tried to freeze embryos before starting chemo and was unsuccessful- Was told by fertility specialist I would most likely go into early menopause since I had no eggs to retrieve- Got my period regularly a year after chemo completed- Did IVF twice at a different fertility clinic and was unsuccessful- Took a break and discovered Kegg and figured “hey why not”Two cycles using Kegg and I finally got pregnant.It is really easy to use. I took it on our trip to Waikiki during my second cycle and it didn’t interfere with my vacation at all. The app is straight forward and provides you with easy ways to log everything you need.At first I was apprehensive about how it would feel but it wasn’t uncomfortable at all. Easy to clean, store and charge.

I am currently pregnant with my Kegg baby. It took only two months TTC with the Kegg. I am turning 40 this year, and even at my "advanced maternal age" I was able to track and conceive using the Kegg. My firstborn was a fertility baby, so this felt like an incredible longshot, but I am so grateful I got it.

I was super excited to start using the kegg, but it was a huge let down. Out of probably 50 attempts, I only had two successful readings. I tried so many different ways. I was completely still, I don't take medications. I tried different times of the day, deleted the app and reinstalled, turn my phone off and back on... hardly anything worked. Half the time it would say it couldn't detect insertion and then the other half it would go through the reading and then while the app was adding the results, it would just give an error message saying it was out of range... even though the kegg and phone were right next to eachother. I even contacted the support team, but they weren't much help. They got stuck on the only two readings that were "successful". I really wanted this to workout. And maybe it was just a faulty one, but it was so frustrating, I didn't even want to test out another.I will try mira and see if I have better luck. However if you do decide to try the kegg, definitely get it through Amazon. That way if it doesn't work, it can be returned. My understanding is if you get it from the company website, is you cannot return it if it's been opened.

I was very skeptical about this product after having used so many other ovulation trackers unsuccessfully in the past. But I’m so happy to say that Kegg is amazing!! It literally takes two minutes and has been so accurate! The app is super user friendly and the FB community beyond supportive. Highly recommend!!

It’s honestly my fault I bought hoping to use it as an alternative birth control method. (I hate the hormones) but after scanning the box. I quickly realized that this is not what this product is intended for. So I had to return it. Did want to risk it. Definitely willing to buy again once there’s research to support this.

I'm so happy I bought kegg! I saw kegg online and I loved that it was a one-time purchase. Other fertility trackers I've used have been so expensive — needing to reorder the test strips or set up a subscription. That wasn't the case with kegg. I got mine in the mail recently and I can't believe how easy it is to use. It’s just 2 minutes a day and you have your data right there in your app within seconds. It has been so helpful to see when my fertile valley is forming and I really love that it is personalized to me. The FB community group has also been helpful. It's been so nice to hear from other women who are going through the same thing and it's given me so much hope after seeing all the BFPs that people have gotten from using kegg. I highly recommend!

When ttc there’s already so much that you’re trying to track and having to use this device every morning, not to mention in a very uncomfortable way, just adds another layer of stress. Also- I returned this item weeks ago and I’m still waiting for my money back.

The media could not be loaded. My Kegg worked great for 6 months, and I was following the instructions scrupulously. After 6 months, issues started happening and in October I reached out to customer service because the Kegg would not start readings, as shown in the screen recording. It would take about 7 attempts each time to get a reading (5-10 minutes). From October to December I’ve emailed back and forth (about 30 emails in total) with the Kegg customer service team and got a giant runaround (some emails screenshotted and included in the photo). I’ve done everything they’ve asked me to try, including charging my phone before taking a reading, uninstalling & reinstalling the app, changing my password, connecting only to WiFi or data… and the list goes on. After 3 months of emailing, and approaching the 1 year warranty mark in January, I’ve come to the conclusion that Kegg may be trying to delay resolution so they won’t have to honor the warranty. Only after becoming firm with them and threatening to do a chargeback, they sort of offered a replacement, but with many caveats. Really frustrated I chatted with Amazon, and got a refund, thank goodness. All in all, this has been hectic. If your Kegg isn’t defective, then I’d totally recommend the product. It’s great as a fertility tracker! But just know, it’s really hard to get them to cash out on the warranty they so freely advertise.
