Perfect Coffee Carafe for Hosting – Stylish and Functional!
This coffee carafe is a game-changer for hosting! I've used it at several baby and bridal shower brunches, as well as for Christmas morning breakfast. It’s super easy to use and clean, and it keeps coffee hot for hours, so I don’t have to worry about constant refills. Plus, the large capacity is perfect for serving a crowd. I also love its sleek, modern design - both functional and stylish!

Handle Broken after 5 months - Great Customer Service - replaced item immediately!
*** UPDATE ***I have updated my previous review below. I emailed Cresimo's customer service on 1/6/25 and received a response from them the same day. They asked for a picture of the broken item which I sent back by email. Wendell from Cresimo's customer service replied on 1/7/25 stating they would replace it and we should expect it to arrive on 1/15/25 - IT ARRIVED ON 1/15/25 AS PROMISED. - OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SUPORT. I increased my rating based on the timely response and great communication from them. I would suggest to always email and do not depend on leaving a phone message in a general mailbox..I purchased this air pot in August 2024. It does a good job of keeping coffee hot for a couple of hours.. Unfortunately, in less that five months the handle snapped, as shown in the attached photo.I tried duct taping the handle until I find a replacement but that was useless. I've contacted their customer support by email and am awaiting a response.. I will update this review once I hear from their customer support group.

Works Fantastic!
These work GREAT! I preheated them the night before an event with boiling water and the next morning, the water was still scalding hot. They kept coffee piping hot for several hours. Highly recommend!

Amazing Product
My kids , young and old, absolutely loves hot chocolate with marshmallows. The reason I ordered this dispense was to sat up an area for coffee or hot chocolate for when my kids and grandkids came for Christmas. This dispenser was fantastic!!!!! I placed boiling water into the dispenser around 9:45 on Christmas Eve morning and around 10:00 pm after everyone left and I was cleaning up I opened the top of the dispenser in order to empty and clean the dispenser and a couple of drops of the water fell onto my thumb and the water was still so hot that i had a red mark on my thumb where the water dropped on to my thumb when I opened the lid. So, 12 hours of being in the dispenser the water was still blistering hot!!! My, daughter in law wants one to take to our grandsons baseball games because he will start having games around the end of February and hot coffee or hot chocolate will be awesome while sitting in the cold watching him play baseball. The sad part of this review is that on Christmas morning we went to our son's home and it was raining and my husband, who was carrying in this dispenser fell and the dispenser fell and broke off the lever in the back of the dispenser that holds the lid on and now I can no longer use my dispenser. But, I do know that I never want to be without one so I am going to buy my daughter in law one as a surprise and i will definitely buy another one for myself as soon as I possibly can!!! Truly an amazing product.

I so wanted to love these...
For reference, I have owned and run a small town coffee shop in SWFL since 2007-I buy products and equipment to use as advertised-in a professional capacity-not as a novelty item to 1-up my neighbors at the next HOA meeting I happen to host.I gave these a try after being fed up with paying $50-$70 dollars for BUNN airpots...I had used BUNN or Fetco for years-and they had always been reliable, durable, and overall worth the cost...but then the last two-three times I had ordered some to have as extras/back-ups/spares-at least one arrived damaged straight out of the box. The thing was-because they were not immediately needed-they were not opened immediately, and tested (something I now try to make sure I do with any kind of thermos I buy). They were stored high on a shelf in the stock room-until needed-only to find out then-when needed- that it was not working-and you guessed it-I was outside the return window. That was it-out $50-$70 for something that couldn't fulfill it's one function-So I spent hours going through reviews of various airpot types, styles, sizes, etc...nothing seemed to be comparable to what I was used to getting from fetco or bunn...and then I found these from Cresimo. This was the first air-pot that I had run across that the specs matched the needs and the reviews-while mixed as they almost always are-gave me enough confidence to try them.I was a little hesitant when it arrived-noticeably more lightweight straight out of the box-and while the top was more light weight and was noticeably more cheaply made (after all these cost 1/2 the price of the ones I was replacing for rampant defects)-the internal components seemed solid; from the stainless steel, to the plastic nozzle on the siphon, the rubber seats and seals-everything seemed great. When I tested the new pot I got even more excited-I put water into it that was at the same temp as I would be putting coffee-should this thing pass the test-and not one, but two days later-the thing was still hot enough to be producing steam when I lifted the lever and pumped some of the water into a cup. - We have a winner! My search has paid off. - I ordered 3 more. One of them had to be replaced straight out of the box...not happy about it-but it happens. Return and replacement was easy and quick-I can work with that.Fast forward to barely more than half a year later-I have had to return or trash several of these-either I ordered more back-ups and couldn't test them immediately (they got stored and testing fell to the back burner) only to find out later on more than one occasion that my 'back-up(s)' was/were defective...with out any cause that I was aware of-one would turn hot to the touch when filled-so the pot is radiating heat/not holding heat...not good for coffee service. Finally had a brief spell where I wasn't replacing one for not holding its temperature only to have the little plastic arm that works as a piston on the air-bladder inside the pump head snap-on two different lids, at two different times-within two weeks of each other-and in the middle of morning rushes no less...the last one was last week, and within that week another one of those that had seemed to be holding it's all (temperature wise)-is now not holding its temperature. If they were expected to be 1-3 use items, I would expect this-but I would also expect to pay no more than $5-10 for them...at $35 a piece-if these ARE in fact supposed/expected to be used in a commercial setting at all-they should be able to last a good year or two with the occasional bump against the counter when being carried the 20 ft from the kitchen to the coffee maker-which in my case is about as far as they go/travel. I have designated pots for my storefront, and others that get used for catering jobs...and the ones traveling approximately 40 ft are as frequently if not more frequently than the ones that get loaded, jostled, and carted around on catering gigs. I have not had one complete flask/siphon/lever-handled lid survive more than three months-with most surviving far less time than that. The first time I ordered one of these was July of 2021-it is now 2nd week of February-2022...and I use 4 airpots each day, then 6 -and now 7-days a week in my small business-and occasionally an extra one or two when I pick up a catering gig. So I normally have between 5 and 7 of these on hand-and feel like I have been retiring one to the trash heap or returning one every time I turn around. As I said at the beginning of this long-winded tirade/epistle-were this something I used only on occasion-it might very well be a great product. But in a busy cafe/food business such as mine-it simply hasn't been able to hold up.
