This is part of my health regime and things do seem to be better. I take it consistently everyday.

Used it twice, because I honestly beleived that it's a super food. After a reaserch I realised that it's not that good as you would expect. On nutrition information you can't find exactly what is in it, meaning, it might be 90% cheapest green, like spinach or something. I would recommend and do a research, and buy the one, which shows what exactlly is included at what percentage, thanks.

I originally had the flavoured one, which I thought was horrible tasting and took me a long time to get used to it. Once I did it wasn't bad. This one is very much the same! At first it's horrible (you'd like it if drink the water after cooking broccoli). But I'm getting used to it again. It's not noticeable benefits, but you feel a bit different when you run out of it and take it from your routine. Looses a star, requires constant shaking as it settles at the bottom of my shaker and it's quite gritty. I'm on my second tub, would recommend.

I'm hoping that the famous saying that everything that is good for you tastes bad and that this is actually doing me some good. I am used to taking green powders, I've been drinking them now four around 5 years and I ran out of my usual packet so tried this instead and I'm struggling. Every morning a make a 'green giant' drink If you want to know what it is look up Bryan Johnson green diet drink and its actually something I look forward to every morning... that is.. up until now. This powder is like V8 but on steroids. Its a really strong grassy taste. I don't know.. .. I think I've bought something here that I'm going to struggle with 😌 it's not pleasant....at all.
