I use these to transport my Emgality pens from the States to the remote island where I work, in that I cannot get this medication in my location. Therefore, I often transport 3 - 6 months worth at a time, so it's imperative that the temperature stays below 44 F for the duration of my travel, which is usually 30 - 40+ hours. I originally purchased the 4allFamily cooler, as well, but as it became necessary for me to transport more than one month's worth of medication, I had to purchase a larger bottle that would fit multiple ice packs, such that it could subsequently fit multiple syringes. I use a half-gallon bottle with 2 of the large size ice packs and 1 medium. I also add a thermometer, such that I can verify the temperature when I arrive at my location. So far, so good. I'm so grateful to this company for manufacturing products that enable me to safely transport my medication, such that I can live and do what I'm called to do.

I have owned 3 after market cooling inserts like this one, and over time the canal where insulin sticks are supposed to fit and rest tends to end up with a bubble or a bump in the middle of the canal and after that the insulin won't fit correctly. **I used this product to go on a 16 day cruise to Europe** This product held up to anything I could throw at it. It's a must buy. If you can over look that bubble issue in the groove, then you're golden.

Its width mentioned on Amazon is 2 inches. When product received it is 2.5 inches. It can put into insulin carrier. Since its non returnable item it does not qualify return. Amazon should take responsibilty of mentioning incrrect size on prduct detail and should accept return.
