I’ve always needed a hook in my guestroom since my closet is usually full in there. But I wanted something that was tucked away, wasn’t ugly when you weren’t using it and functioned when someone needed it. I’m not very handy and I was able to install this pretty easily Very pleased! And it seems to hold a decent amount of weight. I had some coats dresses quite a few items that said, I installed it in a wood wall. You would definitely need anchors if you have plaster or drywall.

This is well-made. It is definitely sturdy, and was simple to install.One small "cap" to cover screw head was missing. The Seller readily sent replacement, although it took a couple of weeks to arrive. The absence did not affect the operation in any way.

Excellent Product! Easy to install and the wife loves me for installing it in the laundry room for clothes that can’t go in the Dryer. Win/Win. Lol bought another two after the first one for shallow closets.
