So easy to make, and it came out excellent. Really feels too good to be true. Without a doubt my favorite gluten-free bread I've tried amongst the many store-bought loaves and mixes I've tried!

I've been making Bundt cakes for years - both packaged and from scratch. I was extremely excited to find this package as I have a good friend who has celiac.Whelp...bummer.I've never personally had a cake fail to release before. But, that can certainly happen. Well the cake is slightly ruined, but you can still eat it, right? There was, to put it mildly, no taste. No chocolate flavor, no whiff (let alone hint) of orange. There was, honestly, no taste. I genuinely can't emphasize that enough: neither my wife nor I could detect any flavor. I can only guess you think we have different taste buds, but I'm not stuck-up when it comes to desserts: I will eat anything (and was eager to eat more than I should of this cake). I even vainly tried it again later. It remained obstinately bland.The texture was good, though.For the record, I followed the "new" instructions (that had been stickered over the old ones) and used the "tip" of using 1 cup milk and 1/2 cup sour cream.

There's a label on the back of the bag to fix the baking instructions and I followed those using Bob's Red Mill egg replacer and Ripple milk. The cake was delicious and even my super picky nephew, who normally will not touch our gluten free foods licked his plate clean. It does not make a big cake and will fill a bundt pan about half way when fully cooked. It was the perfect size for 8-10 servings.

It is really good but too sweet for corn bread. Of course I know that is a matter of taste. However, next time I'll add some extras and make a corn cake or pancakes. The texture is really soft and creamy and it didn't bloat me like wheat flour does.

This cornbread is a head-scratcher. The coconut flavor gives it an unexpected taste that almost makes it not taste like cornbread. It almost reminded me of a cheesy cornbread (like a Gouda)- my daughters loved it, it went well with Bison chili- so overall success! Gluten-free for the win!

Really good flavor. Directions were clear and easy to follow. I needed to add more milk than called for because I wanted pancakes. Very happy with the results.

Absolutely terrible. I wish I could give zero stars. Worst cake I’ve ever had. It has a very odd, distasteful bitter flavor and an extremely off putting, strange texture. I couldn’t eat it even with my delicious orange icing and I am not a picky eater! For context I am 58 years old and very proficient in the kitchen. I made it exactly as the instructions indicated. YUCK.

This is an absolutely delicious box mix. My family does not eat gluten-free generally, but I’m glad we tried this! It was clearly developed for taste and the gluten free aspect is just a bi-product of the ingredients selected. Love the texture, too!!
