Illegal two pin plugs - again!
We recently purchased this Philips iron. We've had them before and Philips is a reputable company. BUT the iron arrived with a permanent fitting to a European two pin plug. Of course we can deal with this but it's an age-old Amazon problem and they are well aware of it - see endless correspondence with Which? Amazon knows that due to The Plugs and Sockets etc. (Safety) Regulations 1994 and The Sale of Goods Act this sale is illegal but it still goes on making such sales.
