Absolutely love this product. I’ve been using it for several years for muscle aches, etc but by far my biggest use is those pesky night cramps. I massage this into my feet and legs when I’m woken with my toes bent in cramp pain and it eases the cramp every single time, without fail! It’s absolutely wonderful. I use it before bed if I’ve over exercised or overused muscles by gardening etc. I’ll never be without it. I’ve never bought this from Amazon before. It came very well packaged and has a use by date of 2/27 which is 18 months. Brilliant 🌟

It may not be all officially tested or whatever. But, THIS STUFF WORKS for us!! Sore, pulled, strained muscles? Bruises. Rub arnica salve from Neals Yard on the spot and the aches and pain fades overnight. Its not a miracle cure. You might still be a little sore in the morning, but the healing process is sped up and the pain is less!

High quality ingredients that are typical of all Neal’s Yard products, with a wonderful lavender fragrance (from essential oils, NOT synthetic perfume). The consistency is lovely - soft and smooth, so very easy to rub in. My one gripe is not with Neal’s Yard but with the warehouse dispatchers, who put an ugly label on the front of the jar. It was impossible to remove without tearing the original label. Why not put it on the BOTTOM of the jar, for Pete’s sake?

Seems to be useful, applying before any gardening jobs, (which usually gives my joints a bad time). Appy afterwards too for good resuls. Only slight drawback is the salve is a little bit greasy so needs to be rubbed in thoroughly. Update... Just received my second jar of this salve, and to be honest it really does help with stiff aching joints. So FIVE stars because it works!
