My eye doctor suggested I use Omega 3 for dry eyes. I like that these don't taste or smell fishy. I also like that it's derived from cold water fish. I know this is marketed for pregnancy, but after a month of using these my dry eyes have gone away. Plus fish oil is great for your skin.

The prenatals you have to take 3 pills, 3 times a day and remember to take them just an fyi in case you think of getting these that’s the only reason i gave it 3 stars. It’s just not as convenient but I appreciate the affordability.
