Maravillosos
This siphon hose works great! The self-priming pump makes transferring fuel super easy, and the copper nozzle feels strong and durable. At 8.2 feet long, it’s the perfect size for my needs, and the metal buckle keeps everything secure. Very handy for boats, ATVs, and tractors.

Does not work
This is very difficult to work. I don’t know if the hose is too long or just a bad unit. Only works with a small amount, but it does not prime, you have to keep pumping it in the container

works fast but hard to start flow
I Bought to drain a tank of Gas . With tank on a saw horses I tried to syphon the gas to a can and with an inch in the bottom it was hard to get the jiggler to start the flow to a tank on the floor. Eventually it worked and flowed faster than with the bigger hose but the bigger jiggler was not sealing and couldnt get it to flow till I put half of the hose in the gas and then was able to seal the end with my finger and get it to flow by pulling the hose out till the fuel in the hose was below the tank . Next time I will buy the smaller version. as starting is much easier.

Doesn't work
Please do not waste your money on this product. It does not work no matter how you do it. I had bought it for the purpose of draining a dishwasher at work. Never drained a drop. You have to constantly move it up-and-down. That is not the way it describes to be used.

USED TO EMPTY WATER FROM A BARRELL
This Item is to be used for Gas Tank Siphon and I use it to empty a Water Barrell attached to a Pole that I shake to start the Siphon and let it go until the Barrell is empty. The product came put together wrapped in plastic. The attached Siphon brass attachment fits on the end of the Hose and a Hose Clamp keeps it attached. Be sure to tighten the Hose Clamp unless you want to to fall off inside your gas tank. Only after a few shakes the end fell off into the container I was transferring. The problem is if I was using this to empty lets say a Car Gas Tank there would have been NO WAY to retrieve it. I was using this to empty water by Siphon from a Large Barrell only, so I was lucky. The Fix for me was to tighten the Hose CLAMP and attach a ZIP TIE to a line so it could be retrieved if needed. I attached the Hose to a Pole just a Bit longer that the length of the Hose and used ZIP Ties to fasten it along a length of the Pole. With this setup I am able to shake the pole to start the water moving and then let it do its thing until the Large Barrell is empty. This removed the need to move the Barrell before it overflows.

Easy to use and good volume
I use this siphon to transfer water from rain barrels to watering containers. I used to use a 1/2 inch jiggler, but it was way too slow. This one has an excellent flow rate. I attached a fiberglass pole with tie straps to the end which goes in the barrel about an inch below the bottom of the siphon so it doesn't suck on to the bottom of the barrel, and up high enough to keep it straight in the barrel. It's been about 3 months and so far so good. I recommend this siphon.

Works great
Inside wire keeps hose from collapsing and fuel flows through fast enough.
